Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of customer’s receipt for unworn items, and only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
Please inform us and submit photos via email before starting a return. The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bulk item orders (10+ items) are not eligible for return. In order for your refund to be processed, you will need to provide your return tracking information. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear on your bank statement within 7-10 business days.
